All manufacturers we work with are WRAP certified and all of our printing is done with the most environmentally responsible approach available. Inks that are water based, vegan, organic, biodegradable, non-toxic, and non hazardous. The store is committed to maintaining the highest level of integrity throughout the business, and seeks the same commitment from its manufacturing partners and supply chain. One of the priorities is to ensure that the people who work on and make the products are treated with fairness and respect. The store works with suppliers and manufacturers who meet its high standards for safe, healthy work conditions, and whose employment practices conform with local law and best industry practices. These standards include a strict prohibition against child labour, forced labour, unsafe working conditions, or unfair wage practices.

Shipping Policy

We offer Standard or Expedited Shipping. We will try to get your order to you as soon as possible.

Can you explain Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs for your order are always displayed in the order breakdown on the checkout page. Your shipping price depends on multiple criteria, including your shipping address, shipping method and number of items in your order.

It shows I paid for 2-6 / 1-3 day shipping, but you didn't deliver as the shipping time showed, why is that?

Please note that "shipping time" is the time that it takes USPS to deliver your package. We generally ship within 5-7 days after you have placed your order. Please keep in mind that we require a "processing time", which includes making your shipping label, putting together your order and packing it prior to having it sent out. We prepare and process all purchases in the order they are received. Depending on how many orders we have in queue, we may be ahead or a bit behind schedule. We would prefer not to rush your order to avoid making unnecessary mistakes. 

Please also keep in mind that the estimated shipping "days" are based on business days. Specific days such as Sundays and holidays are not business days and orders may be delayed depending on where your package is being held in transit. Take into account that if you order on a Friday or Saturday, your order will not be shipped until that following business day which is Monday. Thank you for your understanding regarding this issue. 

Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?

Sometimes there can be additional costs due upon delivery for non-Canada and non-US orders. We cannot be responsible for any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws. This is out of our control and unfortunately we can not know or foresee what additional charges may be due upon delivery. Please note that should you have to pay additional fees at the door, these are your responsibility. If you do not pay them then your order will be returned to us and at which point, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping cost plus a handling fee of $10.00 USD.

Refund Policy

All sales are final; however, if the item you have purchased is damaged, please contact wl4l.cs@gmail.com right away! Please make sure to include your last name and order confirmation number on the subject header, please also attach an image of the damaged product if possible.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries, all over the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements and shipping restrictions. Here is our International shipping list.
